9544-2463 QUÉBEC INC., operating as 3TréVite Logistics (“3TréVite”, “we”, “our”) provides freight, parcel, and transport services in the Greater Montréal area, Laval, the Ottawa–Gatineau region, the Greater Toronto Area, and the Québec–Ontario corridor. This privacy policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to you and perform our services:
Contact and quote requests. When you use a contact form, quote form, or the chat widget on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, and the content of your message — including shipment details such as pickup and delivery addresses and the type of goods, which we use to prepare your quote.
Service information. When you book a transport, we collect the contact and address details needed to carry it out, and we keep records of the service performed (quotes, invoices, delivery confirmations) for accounting and legal purposes.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages visited, date and time) to keep the site secure and running. We use Jetpack Stats to measure aggregate site visits; it does not identify you personally.
We do not create user accounts on this site, and we do not collect payment card information through this website.
3. How we use your information
- Respond to quote requests and inquiries
- Prepare and perform the transport services you book
- Communicate about your shipment (pickup, delivery, changes)
- Meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations
- Improve our site and services
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only as needed to serve you — for example, with the driver or partner carrier performing your delivery, and with our hosting provider — or when required by law.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, accounting records, which we retain for 7 years).

Under Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may:
